Managing DIRECTOR - Tru Contracting
Gary Renouf
Gary joined the Tru7 Group as Contracting Director in 2022, bringing with him nearly three decades of experience gained at national‑scale demolition companies. Beginning his career as a Quantity Surveyor, he progressed into senior Operations and Commercial Director roles across London, the South East and East Anglia, building a deep technical and commercial understanding of the demolition and construction sectors.
Now serving as Managing Director of the Tru7 Contracting Division, Gary has overall day‑to‑day responsibility for the Demolition, Earthworks and Asbestos Removal teams. His hands‑on leadership style, industry expertise, and commitment to safety and quality drive the division’s performance across complex infrastructure, remediation, industrial and commercial projects.
Gary is a full member of the Institute of Demolition Engineers and currently serves as Chairman of the London & Southern Counties region of the National Federation of Demolition Contractors (NFDC). He is also the former Chairman of the East Anglian region of The Lighthouse Club Construction Industry Charity.
