“New sponsor ensures Kesgrave High School keeps on trucking”
“Kesgrave High School is delighted to have received a generous donation towards the cost of running the school mini-buses. Local company Tippers/Trucks R Us have kindly sponsored the mini-buses for the year ahead, ensuring that pupils of the school can continue to take advantage of off-site activities.
Nigel Burgoyne, Head Teacher at KHS said “The mini-buses are a vital resource for the school. Not only are they used for transportation to sporting fixtures, but are also in constant use for school trips and other, off-site events. The cost of replacing these and maintaining their road-worthiness is significant, but the generosity of Tippers/Trucks R Us is a great help in off-setting part of this expense and we are very grateful to them.”
Guy Nicholls, owner and Managing Director of Tippers/Trucks R Us is passionate about supporting his local school and strengthening community links. Apart from this recent donation, the school and the company are working closely together in other mutually beneficial ways, including work experience, apprenticeships and other learning opportunities.”

“On behalf of Debenham Young Farmers Club I would like to thank Tippers ‘R’ Us for a very informative tour. We were able to walk around the whole site and learn about each part of the business. I personally was amazed the amount of material moved in each day. Many of our Young Farmers enjoyed looking at the machinery on the site, especially the dinosaur looking implement that attached to a digger. Once again we can not thank Tippers ‘R’ Us enough for the brilliant tour we had and we would recommend it to anyone else wishing to go along to see what they get up to!”

“I have been lucky enough to work with Guy Nicholls on a variety of charity initiatives over many, many years. As an individual Guy, has gone out of his way to support many people and indeed charities without expecting any personal thanks along the way.
I set up the GeeWizz Charitable Foundation at the end of 2015. Guy, proactively called me wanting to become involved and support our work.
In creating GeeWizz it was imperative to create a transparent charity platform, one that allows us to purchase much-needed equipment for children and young adults in Suffolk. As well as helping two specific groups –disabled youngsters living with life-threatening conditions, and those, plus their families who are affected by cancer, either directly or indirectly. We also help fund crucial research into the disease especially Sarcoma, Breast Cancer and Brain Tumours. All of this was something that resonated with Guy, he wholeheartedly embraces working with the families we support. As a charity we support a lovely young man George Woodward, aged 5, as soon a Guy heard George liked Motocross, the family received an invitation and call to go along to Guy’s home and meet his son Jake, a World Motocross rider and champion. They spent a wonderful morning with the Nicholls Family creating memories that will literally last George and his family a life time.
I am aware that there are so many things that Guy and his companies Trucks R Us/Tipper R Us do for individuals within the community, that they never get recognition for, that’s not the reason Guy does it. He simply wants to help make a difference to peoples lives who happen to be in need at that time.
Whether its sponsorship to help host an event, giving a donation to purchase a life-change piece of equipment or loaning a van, Guy and his team will always try to support where they can, whilst working with the charities and people he is passionate about helping.
As a businessman Guy is in a league of his own, as a friend he is the first to be there in someone’s time of need, as a person he is a truly remarkable man. I am fortunate that Guy and I have shared a life-long friendship. I am forever indebted for the huge support he has given to my charity work, along with supporting endless others and their charities.”
