1. Arrive at the Yard
Arrive at Sinks Pit during the published collection opening hours. No advance booking or appointment is required.
2. Weigh In Empty
Drive onto the weighbridge with the empty vehicle first so the unloaded weight can be recorded.
3. Confirm Your Material
Speak to the Tru Agg team and confirm the material, quantity and whether you require loose material or bulk bags.
4. Vehicle Check
The team will check current availability and confirm that the customer-provided vehicle or trailer is suitable for the intended load.
5. Loading
The material is loaded using site machinery.
6. Weigh Out and Pay
Return to the weighbridge to weigh the loaded vehicle, then make payment at the yard.
7. Secure and Leave
Follow the yard instructions and secure or cover the load where required before leaving the site.

All collections must be made using a suitable vehicle or trailer supplied by the customer. It must have sufficient legal payload capacity, carry the chosen material safely and use suitable load restraint or covering where required.
