Job Role:

Asbestos Removal Supervisor

Due to an expanding workload, we are currently looking for an experienced full time Asbestos Supervisor for Licensed and non‐licensed removal works, predominantly in East Anglia and surrounding counties including London.

Job Description:

The Asbestos Removal Supervisor will oversee and manage asbestos removal projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. They will also oversee a team of asbestos removal technicians, providing leadership and support as needed to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

You must hold relevant qualifications and appropriate refresher training. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the role of supervisor is preferred.

A Strong knowledge of regulations and guidelines related to asbestos removal is required.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.

Ability to effectively manage time and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient project completion.

You must also be able to supply CSCS, Medical, Face Fits and full training certificates.

You will need a full driving/towing license to carry out the duties.

Company vehicle, fuel card & phone provided.

The role is a full time position and start date to suit the right candidate.
