Jake Nicholls
Following a decorated career racing Motocross at Grand Prix level, finishing 4th in the world in 2012 and narrowly missing out on an MX1 British title in 2018, Jake now sits alongside Guy Nicholls in the boardroom of TRU7 as its Managing Director.
In the last five years, Jake has introduced a fleet of bulldozers and other muck-shifting equipment to the business, creating a new division specialising in earthworks which now contributes millions to the annual turnover.
Jake inherits his eye for business from his father and is keen to keep pushing the business forward whilst maintaining the company’s tradition values.Â
Jake will once again race in the British Motocross and Arenacross Championships in 2024, onboard Tru7 decorated Honda Racing UK machinery.

TRU7 Community Work
TRU7 is fiercely loyal to its East Anglian roots. The team has raised significant funds for local organisations including St Elizabeth Hospice, the Motor Neurone Disease Association, East Coast Hospice and GeeWizz. TRU7 is also the proud sponsor of the Ipswich Witches and Sheffield Tigers Speedway Teams.
