JOHNLEE MACK
Johnlee joined Tru7 in 2019 as Commercial Manager for Tru Demolition (formerly CDC Ltd) and has grown with the business to become Group Commercial Director. With a career founded on major civils and demolition projects across London, he brings deep sector expertise and a commercially disciplined approach to managing risk, protecting margins, and maximising the financial performance of every division within the Group.
He holds an MSc in Construction Commercial Management from the University of Westminster and is responsible for driving commercial strategy, contractual risk management, and financial effectiveness across Tru7’s expanding portfolio of businesses.
Outside of work, Johnlee enjoys spending quality time with his wife and is passionate about teaching and training Krav Maga, delivering sessions on weekday evenings and weekends.

TRU7 is fiercely loyal to its East Anglian roots. The team has raised significant funds for local organisations including St Elizabeth Hospice, the Motor Neurone Disease Association, East Coast Hospice and GeeWizz. TRU7 is also the proud sponsor of the Ipswich Witches and Sheffield Tigers Speedway Teams.
