All plant equipment must be collected using a roadworthy vehicle with appropriate transportation capacity. The person collecting must hold a valid driving licence and maintain adequate insurance coverage for transporting hired plant machinery. Please ensure your vehicle and insurance policy cover the weight and dimensions of the equipment being hired.

A refundable security deposit is required for all plant hire. The full deposit will be returned upon safe return of the equipment in its original condition. Any damage, excessive wear, missing accessories, or cleaning requirements will be deducted from your deposit. The hirer remains liable for costs exceeding the deposit amount, including replacement value if equipment is not returned. Deposits are typically refunded within 5-7 working days following equipment return and inspection.
