As we reflect on this moment, we’re reminded of the foundations laid by Percy Nicholls. His work ethic, vision and determination shaped the DNA of our business. Although 29 years have passed since his death, the impact of his leadership remains deeply woven into everything we do. We know he would be immensely proud of what has been achieved: the growth, the ambition and the drive shown by Guy, Jake and the entire Tru7 team. His legacy continues to inspire us to raise standards, challenge ourselves and keep moving forward.
