TONY MARSHALL
Tony has worked with Guy Nicholls for more than 25 years, long before Tru7 was established under its current brand name.
As a lynchpin within the senior team, he handles key account relationships, customer care and business development. This involves developing new relationships, as well as nurturing existing ones. Tony takes pride in the multiple strands of the business to optimise cohesive delivery for our customers.
His days include working closely with Guy and Jake, managing a constant influx of calls and emails from prospects and spending time on site and in the office with existing account holders.
He has also been instrumental in creating a collaborative approach to sales, which allows all employees to become brand ambassadors for the company.

Experts in construction and demolition, we work with our customers to provide a competitive advantage. With skills in value engineering, operations management, highways and contracting our clients include Suffolk Highways, HS2, Morgan Sindall, Balfour Beatty, RG Carter, Barnes Construction and Suffolk County Council.
TRU7 Community Work
TRU7 is fiercely loyal to its East Anglian roots. The team has raised significant funds for local organisations including St Elizabeth Hospice, the Motor Neurone Disease Association, East Coast Hospice and GeeWizz. TRU7 is also the proud sponsor of the Ipswich Witches and Sheffield Tigers Speedway Teams.
