Tru7 Group Annual Golf Invitational A Success
Tru7 Group was delighted to once again welcome customers, suppliers, partners and friends of the business to our Annual Golf Invitational at Woodbridge Golf Club, bringing everyone together for a fantastic day of golf while raising money for an incredibly important local cause.
Once again, we were blessed with some fantastic weather, helping to make it another thoroughly enjoyable event both on and off the course.
Most importantly, thanks to the generosity of everyone who attended, donated and supported the event, we are proud to announce that this year’s Golf Invitational raised a grand total of £3,500 for St Elizabeth Hospice.

Supporting St Elizabeth Hospice
For Tru7 Group, our Annual Golf Invitational is about much more than the competition on the course. It provides an opportunity to bring together many of the people and businesses we work alongside while using the occasion to support organisations making a genuine difference within our local communities.
This year, we were incredibly proud to raise funds for St Elizabeth Hospice, a charity which provides vital care and support to people living with progressive and life-limiting illnesses, as well as their families and loved ones.
The hospice provides specialist palliative and end-of-life care across East and Mid Suffolk, with support available in people’s own homes, within the community and through inpatient services. Its teams work to provide compassionate, individualised care when people and their families need it most, alongside emotional wellbeing and bereavement support.
Services such as these play an invaluable role within Suffolk, providing not only specialist medical and palliative care but dignity, comfort and support for patients and the people closest to them during some of the most difficult periods of their lives.
Like many charitable organisations, St Elizabeth Hospice relies on the generosity and continued support of individuals, businesses, fundraising events and the wider community to help its teams continue delivering their services.
As a Suffolk-based business with longstanding roots in the county, supporting charities and organisations that have a direct and positive impact on the communities around us remains extremely important to everyone at Tru7 Group.
Our businesses may operate across projects and industries throughout the UK, but Suffolk remains our home. We believe that businesses have an important role to play in supporting the communities in which their people live and work, whether that is through fundraising, sponsorship, volunteering or simply helping to raise awareness of the organisations carrying out vital work locally.
We would therefore like to extend a huge thank you to everyone whose generosity helped us reach this year’s £3,500 fundraising total.

Congratulations to Suffolk Chamber of Commerce
The fundraising continued away from the golf course with our Charity Raffle, which gave those attending another opportunity to contribute to the day’s total while competing for a very special prize.
Congratulations to Suffolk Chamber of Commerce, who were the lucky winners of this year’s raffle and will be getting their hands on an incredible 3-Ball Golf Experience at JCB Golf & Country Club in Staffordshire.
JCB Golf & Country Club, situated in the Staffordshire countryside, is home to a 7,433-yard, par-72 championship course designed by Robin Hiseman of European Golf Design. The course has become particularly recognisable for its spectacular signature 17th hole, a 255-yard par three positioned on a converted island within one of JCB’s lakes.
We hope the Suffolk Chamber team enjoy what promises to be a memorable day on the course.
Thank You to Everyone Who Supported the Day
Events like our Annual Golf Invitational simply would not be possible without the continued support of the people and organisations who join us each year.
We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who attended, played, donated, entered the raffle and contributed towards making this year’s event another success.
Bringing together people from across our network in a relaxed setting is always something we look forward to, but being able to combine a great day with raising a significant amount of money for such an important local charity makes the occasion all the more worthwhile.
A final thank you to Woodbridge Golf Club for hosting us once again, to everyone involved in organising the event, and most importantly to all of our guests for their generosity.
£3,500 raised for St Elizabeth Hospice, another fantastic day at Woodbridge Golf Club and, most importantly, an opportunity to give something back to the community around us.
We look forward to welcoming everyone back to the Tru7 Group Annual Golf Invitational again next year.
