Tru7 Group were honoured to attend The Bigger Breakfast, an inspiring event hosted by Combat 2 Coffee in partnership with football legend Terry Butcher.

The gathering marked more than just a meal — it shone a powerful spotlight on an often-overlooked group: the families of military personnel. These families may not wear the uniform, but they carry its weight, especially when mental health challenges arise as a result of service.

As a company, Tru7 Group has long recognised the vital contributions of service personnel — from regular and reservist forces to veterans and their families. These individuals don’t just serve the nation, they strengthen our organisation and enrich our communities.

To deepen our support, we are proud to announce that today CEO Jake Nicholls officially signed the Armed Forces Covenant. This pledge is more than symbolic — it cements our commitment to those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their loved ones.

By signing the Covenant, Tru7 Group is taking tangible steps to ensure opportunities, understanding, and resources are extended to the military community, both inside and outside our workplace.
